Highlands Steam & Vintage Fair has a limited number of trade stand sites available for rent.

We are looking for traders who sell quality merchandise such as tools and vehicle spares, accessories and similar. This is not a swap meet and due to limited space there will be no bric-a-brac or junkyard sites available.

If you sell automotive products or motoring books and vehicle models or anything related to the motor and rural industries, we are  looking for you.

With 2,000 visitors coming to the Fair in 2010, our traders from that year reported very satisfactory sales. You shouldn’t be disappointed.

Sole Trader site costs are:

Site size 6m x 4m                 $60.00 each

Site size 12m x 8m               $80.00 each

Company site costs are

Site size 12m x 8m               $200.00 each

Larger sizes by negotiation

All prices quoted are for three days, no discounts for fewer days.

The fair management reserves the right to refuse applications without reason.
